We are having problems displaying web pages on our screens. We are using 4310 DMP's (running the latest firmware) which are suppose to support Mozilla browser but we can not get anything to display at all.
It's not as complicated as that. All we are doing is adding a "media" content to our application and in the "others" tab, choosing HTML and adding a web address in it.
Is this not the correct way to do this?
We are very new to AppSpace and are not really getting much feedback from these questions from Appspace themselves!
