One of our presentations has assets that only display for 6-8 seconds, though they are scheduled to display for 9 or 12 seconds. The presentation is set up such that 50 individual slides are in an All-Media playlist. We are in version 5.2.2, using DMD 2.0. Each of these assets are hosted on a separate server, and are URL links to the files, instead of being hosted on the DMM server itself. I have asked the user to add the assets to the Media Library, keeping them as URLs, and create a playlist in Digital Signage to use in the presentation instead. That hasn't been completed, yet, so I'd like to know if I'm on the right track.

Found out the problem was that the assets were created in Power Point, and in 5.1 the DMM duration overrode the duration set by Power Point. In 5.2.2, the PP duration overrode the DMM duration. Problem solved.
