Can't login on DMM web based

Hi everyone.

I have some problem with DMM.(Version 5.2.2)

Sometimes, I can't login on DMM web based and receive error "Authentication fail". I'm sure that username and password is corrected.

And I try login again after rebooting the DMM server, it works correctly.

Did anyone have some problem with me? And how to fix this problem. Please give me some advise.
