Hi Marian,

This error normally indicates an issue with the DNS resolution that, in turn, breaks the URL rewrite feature.

Are you by any chance using "vportal" as part of the Show and Share FQDN? If so, you are hitting CSCtj51813. The solution would be to change the hostname in Show and Share and re-pair it with the DMM.

If you are not using "vportal" as part of the hostname, I would recommend you to access the video once more using a HTTP inspector in your laptop to get some more details on what is really happening. To check the HTTP headers, the easiest would be using Firefox with a plugin installed (you can use "firebug", "Live HTTP headers" or similar ones)
