DMP loading local video file

I am new to the DMP 4400g and am looking for assistance loading a video file locally to the DMP.  The file is currently in 2 formats, .wmv and a .mpg2.  I am hoping that you can assist me in loading this file locally.

Re: DMP loading local video file

BP,

A couple of questions:

* is the DMP registered to a DMM?

* what version of DMS software are you running

on the DMM appliance & the DMPs?

* Have you looked thru the DMP documentation on www.cisco.com?

*** This is a detailed guide that will help you setup the DMP....

In Summary, you need to make sure the Read\Write access is enabled, FTP access enabled & FTP user\pass configured, and

then you can FTP the content to the DMP.  You can then play the local video files from the DMP-DM..

Take a look at these links and they should help you accomplish the task that you

need to do to get things going..

Cheers!
