Edge is Microsoft's browser, page on screenshot seems to have no relationship with Cisco, you mention no Cisco product at all - are you sure you wish to ask in Cisco Support Community ?

You replied, it mean you can open page with thread. Name of community is shown on the page, moreover, it's mentioned even in subject of email announcing new comments.
So I'm pretty unsure I understand your question ...

Monica,
This is what we were doing: We currently have Cisco edge 340 DMPs deployed in our environment. They are currently running firmware 1.2 patch 14. I have loaded a test DMP with 1.2RB1 and upon rebooting, I receive an error message that the profile cannot be opened. Attempted to re-register the Edge by deleting it and re register it again but error still persists, then rolled the firmware back to 1.2 patch 14 and the error went away. Upon upgrading back to 1.2RB1 the error returned.
