How to reset the DMM GUI password

Good day,

Anyone has an idea on how to reset the password for the DMM gui login ?

I am sure that i am typing the right username and password but somehow, it shows me " You entered an invalid username or password, or your password has expired. Please try again."  I am using DMM version 5.2.1
