Hi sdhanra, hi all,
I have a problem with "Run task", same of Jose:
When I try to "Run Task", application is frozen!
I've try with 2 system (one in my lab.).
I've patched both systems.
I've upgraded flash player,
I tried with jre 6 and 7
I've try with IE, Firefox, Crhome
but nothing to do!
The DMPs was registered.
Firmware 5.2.3
Any ideas?
thank you very much.

Many thanks for the link of the document!.
However, my problem is not related to the connection between DMM and DMP. it work correctly.
Indeed, with "schedule" -> "Play Now" I can also send presentations and more to my DMP.
What does not work is the "RUN TASK" that hangs permanently when it is clicked on.

Re: My digital media players cannot connect whit DMM?
Yes
I'm sure if there is no fire wall blocking port 777 between the DMM and DMP..when i try to change the status of the DMP
through
Digital Signs --> Digital Media Players --> Select the DMP --> Run Task --> System Task --> Status.
presents the problem that the application is frozen, do not know if this is a problem of platform or will be a service not up
see the attached image
Title of the form indicates another problem that also includes my problem.
If you want, you can close this post and open a new one with the title:
"RUN TASK" hangs when pressed
or something like that.
Thank you
