download package transcoders "FFMPEG" for import by the system (in System -> transcoders). This will allow them to schedule tasks to change profiles when the average load to the platform (in the gear that appears next to the browse button to select Local Upload) mp4 H264 choose the profile and should have no problems with playback. Also ensure you are using a MediaZone, not a slideshow, for videos.
