Using DMS 5.2
In the Digital Media Designer there seems to be a character limitation with a text flow field entered into a presentation when you want to use the scroll function. We have had an issue with the DMD not allowing a presentation to be saved. We received the error:
"An error has occurred.
A presentation or a template with the same name already exists. Please use a different name."
When we drastically reduced the amount of text with the text flow field, we can save the presentation and everything works normal.
Does anyone know what the text flow field character limitation is for scrolling text? I cannot find any information in any Cisco documentation.
