Can someone please help me with a script that do the following:
I need the script to run every five minutes
ping 1.1.1.1 source 2.2.2.2 count 10
ping 4.4.4.4 source 2.2.2.2 count 10
if i get 8+ replies i need syslog message "SLA SUCCESS" if i got lest than 8 or non back, i need syslog "SLA FAILED"
The trick is that I need a syslog message that lets me know what ping failed.
based on the syslog i will setup event manager to take actions..
