You are correct that the connection from 79.5.15.93 (host93-15-static.5-79-b.business.telecomitalia.it) was rejected because the IP or the hostname was not on the RELAYLIST of that listener that it connected to.
In the example you provided, the listener is "ascout (62.77.38.45)". should have a relaylist at the top of the listener. You can add either the IP, IP range, hostname or partial hostname.
For example:
79.5.15.*
79.5.15.93-95
79.5.15.93
host93-15-static.5-79-b.business.telecomitalia.it
.business.telecomitalia.it
All the above will work.

in my log i see this message for outgoing:
REJECT SG None match ALL SBRS not enabled
i think that the mail is reject because the domain is not insert in to relylist of the sender group of the listener out.
Can you confirm?
