Autosupport mail format

I receive autosupport mail in this format (not especially readable)

<feature>
</features>


I think it's normal because the mail is probably parsed by an automated task but can someone confirm that this format is normal?

OK I got the answer. It is normal and the mail is effectively parsed on ironport side.
