The same for the time-range "month": https://IP/monitor/reports/internal_users?date_range=current_month&report_def_id=mga_internal_users&search_option=equal&report_query_id=mga_internal_users_top_incoming_messages&format=csv
At this point in time, I do not know of a workaround. The issue is still currently being investigated.
Instead of using the export button on the reporting page, you might consider using an automated script as described in the AsyncOS Users Guide, under the section 'Retrieving CSV Data via Automated Processes'.
I dot not see an official statement that this particular issue was singled out for inclusion in a new release. That being said, any reporting issues resolved in this (or intermediate point versions not publically released ) could most definitely overlap the issue and allow the export to work properly.
