Cisco C170 and Outlook Web Access Problem

Dear Forum,

I have a Cisco C170 running ASync OS version 8.0.1-023.

I am trying to configure it so I can access an Exchange 2010 server behind it FROM THE INTERNET.

I want to access an https://example.org/owa/ address configured in the Exchange 2010 OWA config section.

(All configured by our Integrator, not us).

But it only works if I am interior on my network.

If I try from an externally connected device, the Cisco C170 intercepts the URL, spawns a certificate error and if I click "OK Go anyway" then it says: "The requested page was not found".

I cannot find any documentation on how to fix this.

When I connect to my Ironport, I get the same error (Certifcate error) but I can hit OK, authenticate to it and manage it as an Admin.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Rocky

The exchange is no longer

The exchange is no longer connected to internet as the Ironport is intercepting it. Make sure you have a  NAT rule enabled on firewall that routes the traffic(for port 80 or 433) to exchange.  Let Ironport handle traffic only on port 25.
