Hello all,
We recently just configured and put into production a C150, upgraded from a C10. Ironport Spam Quarantine has been activated. We received our first batch of quarantine messages and there appear to be duplicates.
Example:
harry@abc.com
harry%40abc.com
Anyone have any clues as to what's causing this and how to resolve it?

I would log a support call for this, without digging deaper I would say that you could possibly switch on Alias Consolidation.

Yeah, instead of consolidation of emails in the End User Quarantien section (Monitor > quarantine), I would disable that and do the email alias consolidation using the ldap routing query.
