ESA joining to cluster issue

Hi,

We have two ESA joined to cluster and it was working fine, however after changing hostnames and one appliance IP address it is not possible to join the secondary device to the cluster and gave the following error:

Failed to join the cluster.

Error was: 'You are not authorized to login.'

Enter the IP address of a machine in the cluster.

We have removed both machines from the cluster and created new cluster after removing and creating hostkeys still giving the same error. Both appliances are running the same version and it was working fine till we chnaged the hostnames and ip address. Can anybody advise what is the exact issue and how to fix this..?

thanks in advance.

It was resolved.. the issue was that under network access we have defined some allowed subnets and except Ironport Management IP address. Once we added the ESA mgt ip addresses it was able to join to the cluster..
