How to use the fetch manifest page?

Hey guys, I'm trying to do a manual upgrade here and I need to download the image.

Process is pretty clear that you have to go through

http://updates.ironport.com/fetch_manifest.html and enter the serial number and the release version. But when I do this and click on Fetch manifest, the website leads me to nowhere. The products are fully covered with contract support, so I am probably typing something wrong here or using a wrong notation for either the Serial Number or the Base Release tag (I assume this is the software version device is running).

Has any of you guys used this url and what type of information did u guys enter?

How to use the fetch manifest page?

What did you use for base release tag?  This will be similar to the following:

phoebe-7-6-2-014

Just modify the phoebe-"7-6-2-014" to match what you are running, based on 'version' from CLI on your appliance.

You will need to use the full name, similar to as above to have the manifest read and return correctly.
