IronPort C350 not accessible either through GUI or SSH

                   Hello Support Community,

I'm not being able to access ironport either through ssh OR the Web gui using the default management address. I think that maybe i could have changed it from the default 192.168.42.42 to something else. Is there a way i could find out what that new address is? Or maybe there is another problem

Any time an ESA cannot be reached over the network, I recommend using Console access to investigate.  Here is how to connect to the Console port on an ESA:

Once you are able to connect and log in, you can use the CLI command 'interfaceconfig' to review the currently assigned IPs as well as update them if needed.
