List of domains which sign all outbound mail with DK/DKIM?

Does anyone know of a good list of domains which are known to sign all outbound mail with DK or DKIM? I'd like to start doing what Google has started doing as documented here:

OK, so that's ebay.com, paypal.com, and there international flavors. Who else? I know about this list:

http://www.dkim.org/deploy/users/index.html

but it seems rather dated since it doesn't mention eBay or PayPal. I can't even find any definitive statement that Gmail is signing all its outbound mail (they certainly sign at least some of it), and they're the ones who worked with eBay and PayPal. I also can't find a definitive statement that Yahoo is signing all their outbound mail, and they're the folks who invented DomainKeys.

Any ideas?
