Hi,
I am using ESA C670 and I am trying to restrict only one recipient to get the message, from a multi-recipient message. However, I am unable to do so. Also, ESA C670 is not configurable that way.
Is there a way to achieve that?
Thanks
Anshul

Can you provide an example of the multi-recipient message that you are trying to restrict?
More than likely, yes - depending on the header and conditions of that message --- you should be able to contstruct a content or message filter to accomplish what you are after.
Within the filter - you can target specfics:
Supported Action Variables
$EnvelopeFrom
EnvelopeRecipients
$RecvInt
$RecvListener
$RemoteIP
$remotehost
$Reputation
$Hostname
$Group
$Policy
$MID
$AllHeaders
$Header[“name”]
$Subject
$Date
$Time
$Timestamp
$GMTTimeStamp
$FilterName
$BodySize
$filenames
$filesizes
$dropped_filename
$dropped_filenames
$dropped_filetypes
$filetypes
$MatchedContent
$CertificateSigners
So - just a matter of what the headers look like, and how you want to set the actions after.

Thanks Robert.
I am trying to restrict all emails intended for "@ampf.com". Here is an example
Subject: test email
Envelope Sender: Anshul.Sinha@qa.ampf.com Postmaster@qa.ampf.com
Envelope Recipients: anshul.x.sinha@ampf.com pransh1221@gmail.com
In this multi-recipient message, I just want want to restrict emails for anshul.x.sinha@ampf.com. However, even for gmail.com address the message is being dropped, like collateral damage
