One Listener/Disclaimer Outbound Only?

Is it possible to apply a disclaimer to outbound email only with one listener handling inbound and outbound mail flow?

I think you can create a 2nd listener on the same "Data port" as private (outbound) listener. Just consume 1 extra ip.

You can do it using a content filter, make the condition either the envelope sender or the Remote IP/Host name and and the action to add the disclaimer.
