Recently, I found that all users didn't receive an ISQ notification for a week. So I check the local quarantine and see if there is no spam in this period. I found that there are many spams in the quarantine in this period but no one received spam notification. I've checked the mail_logs and found that notification only send to the user who receive bounce message for the ISQ Notification.
Actually, I didn't modify any configuration these days. All users could receive ISQ Notification before. I didn't got any clue for this problem. Can anybody help? The AsynOS version is 5.1.2-005
Please open a ticket with customer support for this issue. We would like to have a look at the logs. I haven't seen this before. It ether worked or it didn't. Normally the bounce address indicates that EUQ access wasn't configured right, however this is not an issue any more in your version. Therefore please open a case with support.
