Reporting is not available for time range "month"

Hi,

suddenly we have a problem with all (!) our Ironport appliances (C350 + C650, ASyncOS6.4 and 6.5).
At the webinterface in all sections (overview, Incoming mail ...) were unable to choose the time range "month" - only "hour" , "day" and "week" is available.
We need this feature for reporting.
We didnt make any changes at the systems. The problem appears with IE7 and Firefox3 since 1 week.

Any ideas ?

Reporting is not available for time range "month"

Please issue a support request from the appliance you are seeing this behavior.

That could be a corrupted file or folder and customer support can try to investigate the issue.

Do you have an M-series?

When your C-series is sending reporting data to an M-series you can no longer see Monthly data on the appliance itself, only Hour/Day/Week.

If you login to the M-series you will be able to view Day/Week/Month/Year (but not Hour) data, either for one system or for all of your systems combined.

No, we dont have an M-Series Appliance, "only" C-650 and C-350.

I will open a support request.
