Sophos Error List?

Is there a list of error codes that the Sophos engine can provide?

We're getting a document marked as unscannable with error 0x8004021A.. but what does this mean!?

Hi Andrew,

A little “Googling” around learned met that this error is most likely a notification that Sophos timed-out.

If you want a hard answer, you can always open a support ticket @Ironport support.

They've pointed me at KBID 39 (http://tinyurl.com/qp4hj) which has four listed and should apparently cover the problems seen often.
