Unable to update

I have a C150 for eval and am trying to upgrade the unit to 6.5 from 6.1. I get the following error message when trying an online upgrade:

The Warning message is:

Failed to bootstrap the DNS resolver. Unable to contact root servers.
Please check DNS configuration and/or firewall settings.

Last message occurred 6 times between Thu Feb 5 12:07:23 2009 and Thu Feb 5 12:08:23 2009.

Version: 6.1.5-110
---

All my DNS servers are there, so I don't have any ideas. ???

IronPort appliances attempt to download new Async IPUP images from the following URL:

Upgrade source: http://downloads.ironport.com/asyncos/upgrade/
Upgrade interface: AUTO
Proxy server: not in use

If you are specifying Root servers and cannot resolve this I would suggest reverting to local cache servers supplied by your ISP.
You can test this with an nslookup from the appliance CLI.

Make sure you are not using a proxy in the network as well, if you are you will need to specify this in the upgradeconfig
