Your account rep may be willing to give you a 30 day license for Centralized Management. Once you run systemsetup, add the C360 to the cluster. This should copy all configurations to the new machine from the old machine. Then sever the cluster and remove the C100.
Going from a smaller to larger machine running the same (or very similar) AsyncOS should not be a problem. If you try to loadconfig the XML into the new machine it will either work, or give a good indication of what is unacceptable.
