anyone can give how to configure it.

Hello Mustapah,

that's a quiet generic question, however all settings you need are covered by the System Setup Wizzard

GUI: System Administration->Sytem Setup Wizzard

This will set up internal and external mail handling, to have the Ironport working as a smart host.

you may point your hub transport outbound mail to ironport. From hub transport you may also declare that ironport or the ip adress of the ironport as a smarthost so hub transport may know that mail delivery is stablishing thru smarthost.
