The Ironport has only a sexual_content.txt and profanity.txt list of predefined words in relation to those two topics.
If you are looking for terms/words that will provide signs that the intention of the sender of the email is violent or will be violent in the near future, I would recommend visiting these sites and reviewing some of the terminology that give hints to this behavior.
