This is an opportunity to discuss with experts Felicia Ferranti and Peter Milligan how to extend your customer-facing workforce with expert, remote agents beyond the phone by adopting an integrated contact center. Felicia Ferranti, a voice over IP expert, has helped customers evaluate their short and long term requirements and successfully implemented the appropriate configuration of Cisco offerings. Peter Milligan, a product marketing manager in Cisco's Unified Communications Solutions Marketing group, focuses on marketing Cisco Customer Contact Solutions for the small to mid-market and commercial customer segments.

I am interested in skills based routing, what do I need to have in place to get started?

You will need the basic Contact Center solutions. But to get you a specific parts list it would have to come from your local Sales Team, or Local Cisco Reseller, who can evaluate your current environment.

A Cisco solution is designed to simplify the integration and deployment of Contact Centers. Therefore eliminating a need to spend extra money in integration and customization costs. A specific deplyment model can be designed and explained to you from the local Cisco Sales team, or an Authorized Cisco Partner.

We are not able to answer this question specifically, as there are a few variables to your exisiting system that need to be considered. Your Local Cisco Sales Team or authorized Cisco Reseller, canassist you with a design specifically engineerd for your environment.
