Dear company CISCO,
I am Colonel Stanislav Stulrajter and I am working as Liaison Officer from the Slovak Republic at USCENTCOM Tampa, Florida.
For the special communication with my country in Europe I am using ISDN line and some router.
Firstly, specialists from the Slovak Ministry of Defense wanted to use during month June 2007 the router VIGOR (the company DrayTek) but it was not for the USA market.
Secondly, therefore I bought the router CISCO 804 (attachment 1). After an installation and some configuration using computer (ping ....) we could not connect the router VIGOR in the Slovak Republic. USA military specialists verified the line ISDN, this line is OK. I suppose after reading documentation "Cisco 800 Series Routers Software Configuration Guide" that something is wrong. You can see (attachment 2) a front display board CISCO Router with LEDs which only light .
May you help me because this connection is very important for my military work and tasks. Does exist near Tampa, FL specialists who can help to me to fix this problem ?

I did some searching, and the forum you should post this question to is: Network Infrastructure forum, Remote Access topic.
I heard a little about this at Networkers. What will be some of the requirements needed to have this service? I understand it is an addition to the current maintenance contract that I might have.
Our main use for this proably would be our core switches and some of the Internet security equipment.
Thanks for your interest. Presently, the Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches support Smart Call Home. Other products will be added in the future.
Two things are required at this time for you to be able to register for Smart Call Home.
The Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(33)SXH must be installed on the Cisco Catalyst 6500 switch and you must have a valid Cisco SMARTnet Service contract.
The new version of Cisco IOS Software will be released in coming weeks and can be accessed from tools.cisco.com/support/downloads at that time.
Detailed documentation about the chassis, modules, and software features supported by the Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches is included in the release notes for Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2SX on the Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Supervisor Engine 720, Cisco Catalyst 6500 Supervisor Engine 32, and Supervisor Engine. This documentation can be accessed at www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/122sx/ol_4164.htm.
If your current maintenance contract is not SMARTnet, you may contact your local representative or Cisco certified partner to purchase Cisco SMARTnet Service for your Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches. Use the Partner Locator (http://tools.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/openBasicSearch.do) to find a Cisco certified partner near you.
For more information, please feel free to contact me or Tim Johnson through this forum or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're so inclined, you can also go to www.cisco.com/go/smartcall where you will find technical and marketing documentation for Smart Call Home.
If you did not see the Gold Diagnostics/Smart Call Home demo at Networkers, we will be happy to take you through that next week when Tim returns from vacation. If you decide to register for Smart Call Home, please let us know. We will provide whatever support you might need and would welcome your feedback.
Thanks again for your interest Dave!
