FTD 2120 HA Issues

We are running two separate pairs of FTD 2120's in an HA.  We have nothing but issues with HA and deploying policy on them.  When deploying policy, it fails with each time, and TAC hasn't' been able to help with this issue at all. 

This is a new deployment for us, so I am not too experienced with the FTD platform yet, so maybe there is something I am missing on these?

Both are running the 6.2.2.1 code, and our FMC is also running 6.2.2.  Is anyone else having issues like this?

Hi,

I have seen some issues, but nothing me or TAC couldn't resolve.
Troubleshooting deployment issues can be very time consuming to find the core problem.

Today I finally got an answer to this.



Apparently there is an issue with the ngfwManager service not working correctly. After restarting this service on both devices, deployments were successful. The TAC engineer stated that he has seen this with other cases, so this is probably a larger issue than my deployment.



Hopefully they can find a fix to this soon.
