URL Filtering not working though single url entry is working

Guys-

I have a SF 3D appliance which is managed by SF DC. I have installed URL filtering license using SF DC but URL filtering is not working. I put in single url entry e.g. www.yahoo.com in same access control policy and same is working.

Reading other pages I found this happens because of license issue. I re-checked licenses on SF DC and it's correctly installed and applied on my 3D appliance. I don't know how to verify licenses on 3D appliance itself to figure out what is causing this issue?

Please post if anyone of you have faced this issue?

Thanks

The issue is likely that the DC is not performing cloud lookups for 'unknown URLs'.

Go to System --> Local --> Configuration --> Cloud Services.

Ensure 'Query Cloud for Unknown URLs' is checked.

In addition to Kevin's comment, make sure the URL database is being downloaded properly. You can force that check in the same menu as "query unknown URLs"
