515E Dual WAN Multi VPN

I it possible to have a dual WAN with PIX515E so that if one goes down the other will take over to allow internet to always be up. Also is it possible to have the pix choose which internal network to send the vpn client to depending on the login. IE. outside 76.x.x.x, inside 10.x.x.x, other 172.x.x.x and if your username is jack it goes to 172.x.x.x, if your mary it goes to 10.x.x.x, and if your adam it goes to 172.x.x.x and 10.x.x.x

If it is possible could you give me some examples of how to accomplish this.
