Acces to ASDM ASA 5510

Hi, i have asa 5510 with version 7.02. I configure manually ip address of management interface 192.168.1.1 and mask 255.255.255.0. I diseble DHCP and permit that subnet 192.168.1.0/24 can access via HTTP. But i try to conect https://192.168.1.1 and dont receive response.

any more topic for verify.

You should have :

http server enable

http 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 management

and basic connectivity from PC to management interface.

Also,you can issue :

sh version command to verify if an asdm image is installed.

In the second line of the output,you would see if an asdm image is actually installed.

For making sure that there is no rogue dhcp configuration left,issue

cl config dhcpd

Try again.
