What 160 & 188 stand for?. Really appreciate your help.
access-list 160 permit tcp host 202.188.0.133 any eq domain
access-list 188 permit tcp 210.187.0.0 0.0.255.255 any eq telnet

The numbers are used for extended IP access lists:-
1 to 99 - Standard Access lists
100 to 199 - Extended Access Lists

Have you missed out the access-list name ? ie. are these from the same access-list or not. If they are not then the the 160 and the the 188 are the access-list names themselves altho i have never used numbers for the acl name so couldn't say for sure it would work.
If they are then on a pix each line in an access-list is numbered starting from 1.
So you can delete and insert individual lines by using the numbering system eg. if you wanted to remove just line 160 from above
