Allow EIGRP through a ASA5520 multiple context transparent mode

Is it possible to allow eigrp adjacencies through an ASA5520 in transparent mode (also running multiple context). I'm running software version 7.0(7)

Yes.

From CCO

For example, you can establish routing protocol adjacencies through a transparent firewall; you can allow VPN (IPSec), OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, or BGP traffic through based on an extended access list.
