Allow non-http traffic on port 80

Have a need for remote support application to use port 80 traffic instead of 443 as some remote support users have port 443 blocked. Traffic is not http, so this needs allowed. Seems like default for ASA 7.2(4) is to block non-standard http.

Not much experience with ASA. How can the http inspection be disabled?

By default, HTTP inspection is not enabled if I remember correctly.

Did you check your inbound ACL to see if port 80 is opened for those remote users?

If you can post your config here, it might be helpful for us to see what could be wrong. Please provide related IP info as well.
