AnyConnect vpn client not appearing in start -->programs

I've got Vista 64bit SP2 and Windows7 users complaining after they install the client, use it for a while, shut their machines down for the day, the next time they boot their machine up, the AnyConnect client is no longer installed.

The users are NOT browsing to the ASA to install the client, I have put the package out on a network share.  So, they don't have the option to "uninstall after logout."

Anyone else seen this behavior.
