ASA 5510 freeze.

Hello,

 

I have a 5510, and I did a license upgrade and after that I configured a vpn anyconnect after a reboot, the device shows the prompt but when I want to put or write something the devices is not answering.

There is no way for us to tell what is going on from that output, do you have console access to the device? Can you use ASDM to access it?

If you get in, might want to run and log a "show tech" for further troubleshooting purposes
