I have a 5510 sec + 7.2.2. It is the failover. It was working fine could reboot the box no problem. Now it is constantly rebooting stating it can not find the boot file. How do I recover this?

It sounds like you have (accidentally?) removed all boot images from the flash. Interupt the boot process when prompted for the opportunity, and follow the recovery instructions here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa71/configuration/guide/trouble.html#wp1058131

Once you have the system booted with the tftp located image, copy a good boot image to the ASA and you should be all set.
