ASA 5510 Tutorials?

Does anyone know of a good tutorial video or site for the ASA 5510s? I'm specifically looking for something on how to get around the GUI; adding rules, etc.

Hi, when I started with tha ASA, I found the Cisco Firewall Video Mentor (available from Cisco Press) extremely helpful, it will get you up and running, there are a lot of commands that are slightly different with the ASA compared with the router IOS.
