ASA 5520 and ISA 2004

Hello - I just replaced my PIX 515 with an ASA 5520. Everything seems to be fine except for certain websites such as various webmail sites and forums are getting a error message that the proxy server has lost connection with the gateway. Now when I go back to my PIX, everything works fine, and both configs (PIX and ASA) are the same (I imported the PIX config to the ASA). Does anyone know of any issues with the ASA and ISA? I personally hate ISA and want to dump it, but I can't do that just yet, so I have to make this work. Any help would be great.
