you erased flash and that holds the ASA operating system, thus as you can see its trying to find an image to boot from but cannot, go to cisco.com and follow the process to reload the OS back onto the ASA

sorry I am a new user for ASA.

What I need to do it?

You will probably have to tftp the image back onto flash from the rommon prompt.

The workaround section of this doc may help a little.
