Hi last week in our company we made some changes in our internet firewall, after changing IP address throught ASDM it was stuck for a while so, i took console access but it didn't dispaly anything so restarted it after restarting surprisingly it went into rommon mode. After few restarts it came up n configured it. My question is what would be the Reason for the firewall to go into rommon mode after the restart.

The most common reason for an ASA not proceeding past ROMMON is inability to find the specified boot image. I'd say the second most common reason is hardware failure discovered during the power-on self test (POST) process.
In either case the console output should indicate the reason for the system's inability to proceed through to loading the image and configuration. Unfortunately the information is not persistent so you would have to be connected to console during the boot process to capture it.
