ASA 5520 Transparent Firewall Host Issue

I have an ASA 5520 running in transparent mode with a number of hosts inside the firewall and they're all fine. Adding new ones are fine, except for a pair of Dell PE1950s running Windows 2003 Server x64. These boxes can connect to the hosts behind the firewall and to the firewall's interface, but nothing beyond it and nothing that comes in can get to them either. These are 4 different boxes and the only thing in common is that they're all x64. Three I've moved elsewhere as I needed them running, but the fourth isn't needed yet and I'm hoping someone here can help me solve this issue.

To test that the security appliance interfaces are up and running and that the security appliance and connected routers are routing correctly, you can ping the security appliance interfaces.

Refer to Pinging Security Appliance Interfaces for more information
