You would definitely see a difference, much lower cpu and memory usage. This is due to more powerful CPU and 512Mb RAM as default shipments from Cisco. You also get more bandwidth thru put as they are now gigabit interfaces instead of fastethernet interfaces. Thru and thru, its a much beefer box than PIX and running essentially the same PIX IOS.
