ASA 5525 WCCP router ID creating problem

I'm trying to create a WCCP connection between my Riverbed server which on inside ASA interface) and my ASA 5525 . WCCP/GRE tunnel

works perfect, they see each other, i've seen I_See_You and Here_I_Am packets. The problem is that when ASA gets the packet, it redirects alright to the but with the wrong ID, because it's using its outside IP which cannot be reached from inside.I'm trying to create a WCCP connection between my Riverbed server which on inside  ASA interface) and my ASA 5525 . Hello Varun,

Check the following link:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-12623

Router ID is chosen as the highest IP address configured on the ASA.  If that happens to the DMZ interface or the outside interface IP address, then the WCCP server has to have a route to get to that Router-ID address pointing to the ASA's interface

So make sure you configure the Cache engine to make reference to that IP address and also that it has a route to that,
