ASA 5525-X Error Message: Module cxsc experienced a data channel communication failure, data channel is DOWN.

Hi,

I have 2 ASA5525-X Firewall running in HA mode. 

 

From firewall log, I noticed that the 2 firewalls failover from one to another, due to the same message.

Anybody know is there any way to stop this? 

 

Below show sample of firewall log:

 

2014-07-24 10:06:08 Local7.Alert 202.6.173.140 Jul 24 2014 10:06:08: %ASA-1-323006: Module cxsc experienced a data channel communication failure, data channel is DOWN.
2014-07-24 10:06:08 Local7.Alert 202.6.173.140 Jul 24 2014 10:06:08: %ASA-1-104001: (Secondary) Switching to ACTIVE - Service card in other unit has failed.
2014-07-24 10:06:08 Local7.Alert 202.6.173.140 Jul 24 2014 10:06:08: %ASA-1-103005: (Secondary) Other firewall reporting failure. Reason: SSM card failure
