ASA 5580 failover secondary failed

Dear Pros,

In failover config of ASA 5580,the secindary firewall all links are show "waiting" and no link in show failover. The switchport of the firewall ports connected are shows UP not link down. What could be issue for this problem to e resolved?

Sami,

No link in failover usually will mean lack of carrier.

Show us config from your 5580 and "show int ip brief" + "show int" output.
